So that girl Carol and I went to a stability ball class this morning. I learned that I am not as out of shape as I thought I was. But I have a lot of work to do after the holidays.
Exercise is all well and good, but nutrition is at least 80% of the battle. I am what I eat.
So I’m going keto. After reading all the benefits of keto, I am giving it a go. The most challenging aspect? Eating enough fat!
That right! While I don’t miss that carbs — the fat keeps me satiated — I need to stock up on some more keto-friendly foods. Macadamias, walnuts, and pistachios are all high fat foods.
